So my husband is really passionate about fitness. He works out weights 5 days a week and does cardio 3 days a week. And he’s super strict on his diet. This is what we’ve typically eat in a day:

2 eggs = 156 calories

1/2 cup oatmeal = 150 calories

1/2 cup milk = 43 calories 

1 cup coffee black = 5 calories

1 cup tea = 0 calories

1 tbsp honey = 64 calories 
1 apple = 95 calories
1/2 cup chicken = 116 calories

Or 

1 cup black beans = 227 calories
1/2 cup rice = 109

3/4 cup green beans = 26
Or 
2 tbsp peanut butter =188

1 tbsp jelly = 25

2 slices bread = 131
1 rice caramel cake = 50
1/2 cup chicken = 116 calories

1/2 cup rice = 109

3/4 cup green beans = 26
1 nature valley protein bar = 190

Panera green smoothie = 200
